I agree that hearing ideas from other leaders is one of the best learning resources. Every time I go to a new training that Forest Hill has for leaders or champions I try to talk to others and see what they are doing in their LifeGroups. Recently I attended the new care champion training (since we no longer have a care champion in our group) and talking to all the other attendees I learned so many great ideas. I was very excited to bring some of the ideas back to our LifeGroup and try them out. I have also really enjoyed getting to talk to other leaders in the LeaderU training. Always keep your eyes and ears open for ideas and advice. One of the best feelings is knowing that you helped someone and made a difference in someone’s life.
